Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced In-Store Facilities Manager to lead our facility management team in the store. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering facility management services, managing budgets, and implementing process improvements. They will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the store's facilities, maintaining high standards of health and safety, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities
Lead the execution of Ingka Facility Management (FM) within the store through the Unit FM team, ensuring that co-workers, service providers, and external partners have up-to-date awareness and understanding of all Facility Management frameworks, guidelines, and initiatives. Responsible for all activities related to asset management, long-term planning, budget estimation, execution, follow-up, forecasting, and reporting within the Facility Management scope in the store. Implement and evaluate supplier contracts at the store level in alignment with internal governance structure for supplier contracts to improve efficiencies, costs, equipment, and quality. Manage the execution of Ingka Facility Management (FM) within the store through the Unit FM team. Ensure that co-workers, service providers, and external partners have up-to-date awareness and understanding of all Facility Management frameworks, guidelines, and initiatives. Perform other duties as required.

Requirements
A minimum of five years of experience in a retail Facilities Management environment. Strong knowledge of facility management principles and practices, including contract management, supplier management, and work order management. Proven ability to manage budgets and implement process improvements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. Experience with Ingka Facility Management (FM) systems and processes. Certification in facility management or a related field is an asset.
