Project Administrator

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team at Resourcery Group. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide administrative assistance to our Senior Leadership Team and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional administrative support to the SLT, including diary management, travel arrangements, and communication with internal and external stakeholders
* Manage day-to-day tasks, such as letters, forms, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
* Assist with finance duties, including purchase ledger management, processing invoices, and bank reconciliation
* Maintain accurate records and data, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

**Requirements**

* Excellent administration skills, with a strong focus on organization and attention to detail
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and OneNote
