Job Title:
Project Coordinator - Automotive Bodyshop Installations

Job Summary: As a key member of our client's project team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning and execution of installation and commissioning activities across multiple ongoing projects. Your responsibilities will include coordinating project activities from design to handover, managing documentation flow, implementing strategies, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and control projects from the design stage to completion and handover to the customer site.
  • Manage the receipt and distribution of drawings and documentation to our client's suppliers, including mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical schematics.
  • Implement installation and commissioning strategies according to project baselines and supplier specifications.
  • Plan and schedule project installation and commissioning activities from the early phases of project execution.
  • Assess technical contents of tenders received from suppliers and manage change requests.
  • Generate internal and customer periodic reports on project status and progress.
  • Manage supplier activities acceptance and organize review meetings with site teams and subcontractors.
  • Ensure timely completion of quality milestones according to project schedules.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in technical drawings and automation installation.
  • Strong project planning and monitoring skills.
  • Experience in managing KPIs and monitoring project progress.
  • Familiarity with technical specifications, schedules, and project management principles.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to build relationships and lead teams effectively.
  • Proactive approach to planning and decision-making.
  • Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Project Team member.

Language:
English (Intermediate level). Fluency in a second language preferred.
