Job Summary

We are seeking a Part Time Evening Care Assistant to join our team in Fareham and the surrounding areas. As an Evening Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing comfort, stability, and joy to our clients in the evenings. Your responsibilities will include building meaningful connections with our clients, offering companionship and care during evening visits, and assisting with light household tasks and meal preparations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and care to clients during evening visits
  • Assist with light household tasks and meal preparations
  • Help clients relax and prepare for their evening routine
  • Engage in enjoyable activities with clients, such as reading, board games, etc.
  • Maintain open and regular communication with clients and their families to provide top-tier care and peace of mind

Requirements

  • No previous experience required; thorough in-house induction assessment and ongoing training will be provided
  • Strong written and spoken English skills
  • Availability of reliable transportation for home visits, outings, grocery shopping, and errands
  • Exceptional organisational skills and time management abilities
  • Inherent caring and friendly nature, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and their families
  • Must be a UK resident with a full UK driving license and your own transportation
  • Must be 18+
