About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Risk Management Consultant to join our team at AECOM. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing leadership in risk management throughout the delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement risk management frameworks to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Oversee risk and opportunity management in major project or programme environments to enable achievement of project goals and objectives.
  • Design and deliver risk management workshops to facilitate collaboration with project stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams on risk management principles, methods, and techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop strategies to capitalize on opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain risk management plans, policies, and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to senior management on risk mitigation strategies.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as risk management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in risk management, with a proven track record of developing and implementing risk management frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management principles, methods, and techniques, including risk assessment, risk mitigation, and risk monitoring.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop recommendations to senior management.
