Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing events contracts, overseeing regional sales efforts, and coordinating installation and recovery of equipment. They will also be expected to:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
2. Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews with team members and stakeholders
3. Coordinate logistics and operations to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence
4. Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives

Requirements and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
1. Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, marketing, or event management)
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in events management, sales, or a related field
3. Strong understanding of events equipment, logistics, and operations
4. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software and systems
