Liquid Personnel is working in partnership with Rutland Council to recruit a skilled Social Worker to join their Child Protection and Permanence team. This role is ideal for a qualified Social Worker seeking a new challenge in a stable local authority.

Rutland Council offers a supportive management structure, manageable caseloads, and a great work-life balance, complemented by their GOOD Ofsted rating.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry a caseload of CiC, CP, and CiN cases.
  • Prepare assessments, Cin reviews, and plans, as well as CP and CLA plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of files.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to team development.
  • Prepare for case conferences, court, and meetings as required.
