The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Motor Mechanic to join our family business, Slades Garage, which has been serving the community for over 40 years. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues in a variety of vehicles. This will include performing routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake inspections, and general automotive tasks.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in a variety of vehicles.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake inspections, and general automotive tasks.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential problems.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately pinpoint issues.
- Provide excellent customer service by clearly explaining repairs and maintenance.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience as a Motor Technician.
- Fluent English language skills.
