Job Title: Supervisor - Flannels

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Flannels, a luxury fashion destination for men and women. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that the store is running smoothly and efficiently.

The Role:
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure that the store is visually appealing and well-organized, with a focus on merchandising and visual presentation.
  • Manage stock levels, including receiving, storing, and rotating stock, as well as maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Process transactions, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and implement company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in a luxury fashion environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong merchandising and visual presentation skills, with the ability to create a visually appealing store environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Knowledge of luxury fashion brands and trends, with the ability to stay up-to-date on the latest fashion developments.
