**Job Overview:** Childcare and Education Assistant Specialist
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our EYFS team in Shrewsbury. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality support to children and work collaboratively with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and activities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support children's learning and development in an early years setting.
- Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to team meetings.
**Requirements and Benefits:**
- Level 3 qualification in childcare.
- Previous experience working with children in an early years environment.
- DBS registered to the update service.
- Commitment to full-time hours.
- Competitive salary of approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, based on experience.
- Excellent daily rates paid weekly by our in-house Payroll team.
