About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Collection and Delivery Driver to join our team at Parcelforce Worldwide. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and executing delivery routes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of parcels to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and deliver parcels to households and businesses
  • Plan and execute delivery routes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
  • Conduct safety checks on vehicles and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries

Requirements

  • Full UK manual driving licence (Cat B) covering up to 3.5 tonnes
  • Ability to lift and carry parcels weighing up to 30kg
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
