About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Collection and Delivery Driver to join our dedicated team at Parcelforce Worldwide. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and executing delivery routes, ensuring timely and efficient parcel delivery to households and businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute delivery routes to ensure efficient and timely parcel delivery
  • Collect and deliver parcels to households and businesses, providing excellent customer service
  • Conduct safety checks on vehicles and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
About You

We are looking for a positive and proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Collection and Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and colleagues, and providing a high level of service at all times.

Requirements
  • Full UK manual driving licence (in your current UK address) covering up to 3.5 tonnes (Cat B)
  • Ability to lift and carry parcels weighing up to 30kg
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
