We are seeking dedicated Behaviour Mentors to join our teams across Pupil Referral Units (PRUs) for both primary and secondary aged students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offering 1:1 mentoring and guidance to pupils
  • Supporting small group sessions to build social and emotional skills
  • Helping students manage their behaviour and develop positive coping strategies
  • Working alongside teachers and staff to create a nurturing and supportive environment
What We're Looking For

We are looking for individuals with experience working with young people, ideally in a PRU, school, or youth work setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships, are essential. Patience, resilience, and a non-judgmental approach to working with challenging behaviour are also key.
