What is the opportunity?
Bluebayinvest is looking for an Associate to work alongside the team on origination, underwriting and structuring of real estate debt facilities across the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform valuation analysis using various methodologies, including DCF modelling and analysing comparables;
- Build detailed financial models to evaluate real estate performance under various operating scenarios;
- Be involved in the training and supervision of other juniors;
- Attend industry events and presentations, asset site tours, and Bluebayinvest client and social events;
Requirements:
- Experience in real estate investment banking, real estate or engineering;
- Fluent English speaker, with other European languages being advantageous;
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel;
