Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver projects from concept design to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and project managers, to integrate sustainability strategies into all phases of the construction projects.
  • Use BREEAM expertise to achieve sustainability targets and enhance performance by providing certifications on projects, including circular economy, whole life carbon, and WELL certifications.
  • Develop and implement sustainability strategies that meet the needs of clients and stakeholders, while minimizing environmental impact.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience as a Sustainability or BREEAM Consultant within the construction industry, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Relevant degree within an environmental science or engineering discipline, with a strong understanding of sustainability principles and practices.
  • Experience delivering BREEAM assessments throughout a project lifecycle, with a BREEAM AP qualification being desirable.
  • Experience with Circular Economy opportunities and Whole Life Carbon Assessments would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
