Sustainability Expert for BREEAM Projects

About the Role

This exciting role offers a chance to work on diverse BREEAM Infrastructure/CEEQUAL projects, collaborating with clients who strive for excellence in sustainability. You will be responsible for planning, undertaking, coordinating, and supervising projects, including managing client relationships, project budgets, and team resources.

  • Develop and implement sustainable solutions for BREEAM Infrastructure/CEEQUAL projects
  • Collaborate with engineering, building, transport, and other teams to support client projects
  • Engage in wider sustainability projects, including whole life carbon assessments, LCAs, and environmental impact assessments
  • Work closely with junior staff to support training and knowledge sharing
Your Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with:

  • Three to five years' experience in sustainability, preferably with BREEAM Infrastructure/CEEQUAL certification
  • Excellent client and team engagement and relationship building skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal colleagues and external clients
  • Experience in project management, including commercially effective proposals and tenders
  • Proficiency in writing and reviewing reports, including Environmental Impact Assessments
