Job Description

Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited as a Parts Supervisor within our Automotive Division. We are looking for an experienced Parts Coordinator who is skilled in managing stock and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the supply of parts to both internal departments and external customers.
  2. Meet and exceed cross-selling and upselling targets.
  3. Maintain accurate stock control by ordering and collecting parts as required.
  4. Ensure the upkeep of the warehouse and maintain a clean and organized working environment.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
  6. Work alternate Saturday mornings as required by the business.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or Parts Supervisor within the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work alternate Saturday mornings as required.
