Strategic Business Acquisition Lead

Jaja Finance Ltd is revolutionizing the consumer finance experience by providing innovative solutions to customers. We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Acquisition Lead to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of credit risk, analytics, and statistical model deployment. They will be responsible for driving improvements and growth in decision strategy for New Business Origination, while ensuring that all programs are delivered in line with regulatory frameworks.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in data-rich environments, with experience in packages such as Alteryx, AWS, DBT, Tableau, and Power BI. They will also have a proven track record of managing teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver investor returns and exceptional customer experiences.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing analytical thought leadership and end-to-end analytical delivery for New Business Origination programs
- Partnering with Commercial, Ops, Tech, Finance, and Reg teams to deliver investor returns and exceptional customer experiences
- Managing a team of analysts and partnering with Data Scientists to deploy and leverage statistical and financial models
- Presenting and defending models, strategies, policies, and procedures to stakeholders
