Sales and Account Representative

Mandeville, a growing Body Transformation Gym, is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to help us achieve our goals. With a strong focus on client satisfaction and community engagement, we're looking for a sales professional who can deliver exceptional results. As a Sales Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and helping us open five new sites.
We offer a competitive salary range of £22-28k, plus a generous commission structure (OTE £50,000/year). Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing leads: using our CRM system to nurture prospects, schedule consultations, and maintain accurate records.
- Driving sales conversions: achieving a 50% consultation-to-sales conversion rate, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
You'll need:
- A proven track record in B2C sales, consistently delivering results.
- Passion for health and wellness, representing a brand that makes a difference.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with clients.
- Organizational skills, proficiency in CRM/CMS systems, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
