**About the Role**:
This is not a remote or hybrid position. As our Sales Representative, you will be responsible for dealing with day-to-day sales inquiries with the opportunity to develop your career by becoming a Business Development Account Manager.
Our client portfolio will include a mix of key specification accounts such as hotels, bars, restaurants, gyms, interior designers, architects, contractors, consultants, and mechanical engineers.
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Taking and processing customer orders and payments.
- Conducting credit checks, raising invoices, and dealing with paperwork.
- Updating customer records.
- Providing after-sales support.
- Preparing quotations and acting as the key interface between customers and relevant divisions.
- Ensuring a smooth order process and product delivery.
- Developing a strong commercial awareness.
**What You'll Need**:
- Previous experience in sales and account management.
- Highly self-motivated with great attention to detail and numerical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and interest in the fragrance industry.
- Willingness to learn with a can-do attitude.
