We are seeking experienced and dedicated individuals to join our Board as Trustees. As a Trustee, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our organisation and ensuring we continue to provide high-quality services to those who need them most.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Trustee, your key responsibilities will include:
- Attending Board meetings and contributing to discussions and decision-making
- Participating in committee work, including the Finance & Audit, Housing, People & Performance, and Quality & Practice Development committees
- Providing guidance and support to the Executive Team
- Helping to develop and implement our strategic plan
We are looking for individuals with senior operational management experience in social care, as well as those from other professional backgrounds or with personal or family experience of using support services. You will have a strong understanding of the social care sector and be able to bring valuable insights and expertise to our Board.
