We are seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our B2B technology organisation at Sanderson. This role involves managing a portfolio of existing clients, actively engaging with new prospects, and working collaboratively to achieve sales growth.

Key responsibilities include maintaining and growing relationships with key stakeholders across your portfolio of accounts, regularly engaging with clients to introduce new products and services, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

As an ideal candidate, you will have previous experience in sales or account management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams, strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively, and a proactive, results-driven approach with resilience and adaptability.

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus performance-based bonuses and benefits.
