Our company has established a portfolio of highly regarded events that attract thousands of senior leaders from across education, healthcare, and the wider public sector in the UK and USA.

We are now seeking a driven and commercially astute leader to take ownership of our multi-million pound healthcare portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship development and management with key stakeholders, including leading individuals, organisations, and associations.
  • In-depth market research and analysis to inform the strategic expansion of the healthcare portfolio.
  • Conference programme development, management, and delivery across the healthcare portfolio.
  • Speaker acquisition, management, and ongoing relationship development to deliver maximum value for all parties.
  • Copywriting of marketing and promotional materials where required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial conference production or equivalent within the healthcare sector.
  • Demonstrable experience of research (academic or industry).
  • Exceptional organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence and articulacy, with a good eye for detail.
  • Ambition and a desire to learn and progress.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, reduced working hours every Friday, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, vitality healthcare scheme, death in service, and free onsite parking.
