Join Our Team as a Production Team Member

At 2 Sisters Food Group, we take pride in being essential contributors to the food supply chain in the UK. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to become part of our production team in Scunthorpe.

Work Schedule:

  • Week 1: Monday (03:45 - 14:30), Tuesday - Friday (06:00 - 14:30)
  • Week 2: Monday to Friday (14:30 - 23:00)

Compensation: £11.70 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

The Production Team Member will be tasked with:

  • Executing designated functions in the cutting area after receiving proper training
  • Performing general operational duties on the production line as needed
  • Adhering to training standards in food hygiene, health and safety, and product quality
  • Maintaining exemplary personal hygiene and appearance during shifts
  • Producing products according to specifications
  • Upholding Health and Safety protocols in line with company policies and regulations, promoting a safe working environment
  • Following Good Manufacturing Practices diligently, including the 'clean as you go' approach
  • Minimizing risks of product contamination during work
  • Stacking and organizing goods or products onto pallets
  • Manually placing boxes onto pallets

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Required Skills:

  • Basic English communication skills are beneficial but not mandatory
  • Ability to meet productivity, quality, hygiene, and waste management targets set by management
  • Capability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and management
  • Commitment to meeting customer expectations and standards
  • Detail-oriented and methodical approach to tasks
  • Self-driven and motivated
  • Ability to maintain high personal standards
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines
