General Operative

We are seeking a skilled and motivated General Operative to join our production team at 2 Sisters Food Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling raw chicken products in a busy chilled factory environment.
Main Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily production targets
- Ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the production process
- Identify and report any potential hazards or issues to your line manager
- Work efficiently to minimize waste and optimize production
- Verify the quality of products on the production line
- Report any issues or concerns to your line manager to ensure the success of the team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and guidelines
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including early mornings and evenings
