About the Role

This exciting opportunity requires an experienced Electrical and Electronics Engineering Lead to take responsibility for the electrical and electronic engineering delivery of various Electro-mechanical Systems supplied by SEA. You will utilize state-of-the-art methods, technology, and tools to explore all aspects of the development lifecycle, including engineering analysis, requirements analysis, design, implementation, test, build, and product support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Electrical and Electronic Engineering delivery of various Electro-mechanical Systems supplied by SEA, working to agreed cost, time, and quality standards.
  • Seek and share good practice and knowledge locally to continuously improve the team's practices.
  • Support and facilitate reviews and approvals of electrical & electronic designs in accordance with business and industry standards.
  • Provide input to Company standards pertaining to Electrical and Electronic Engineering, including calculations, CAD models, manufacturing drawings & schematics, and technical reports.
  • Support SEA products through manufacturing, assembly, installation, and service life.
Requirements
  • Degree within Electronics or other relevant discipline.
  • Experience in the design and manufacture of Electrical/Electronics Systems.
  • Able to follow a methodical/systematic approach to analyze and solve problems, identifying key facts and breaking down complex information into component parts.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Able to produce clear and concise technical documentation.
  • Demonstrable ability to plan and execute technical assignments.

As an Electrical and Electronics Engineering Lead at SEA, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to this, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including:
