About the Role
As a Graduate Electronics Engineer at SEA, you will play a key part in the design and development of electrical/electronic sub-systems for various defence applications. This is a two-year programme starting in September 2025, offering real responsibility and a permanent job from day one.

You will be working on a range of tasks, including requirements capture, analysis, design, implementation, verification, and product support. You will interface with customers, both internal and external, throughout the design process, and collaborate closely with Engineers from other disciplines to generate solutions to technical challenges.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you can also expect a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, a wellbeing centre, private medical health insurance, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contributing to the Electrical and Electronic Engineering development of various Electro-mechanical Systems supplied by SEA.
  • Producing technical solutions and describing them adequately to senior members of staff.
  • Actively participating in reviews and approvals of electrical & electronic designs.
