Job Summary
Advantage Healthcare Limited is seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Complex Care Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care and support to individuals with complex needs, including those with spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries.

Our team operates in the community and in clients' homes, offering personalized support and care that addresses the unique needs of each individual. As a Complex Care Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing care plans that promote independence, dignity, and overall well-being.

Compensation Package
This position offers a highly competitive salary range of £14.00 - £18.00 per hour, with a guaranteed flat rate of £166.50-£176.63 per hour on Thursdays and Fridays, respectively. Additionally, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including maternity/paternity leave, a pension scheme, paid annual leave, a refer-a-friend scheme, cycle-to-work scheme, and an enhanced DBS check.

Key Responsibilities
Some of your key responsibilities will include providing expert care and support to clients with complex needs, collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans, and engaging in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in the field.

Requirements and Qualifications
While prior social care experience is not required, we do seek candidates who are passionate about caring and willing to learn. Your ability to connect with others, communicate effectively, and demonstrate a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional care will serve you well in this role.
