Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated care home teams across the country. As a nurse at HC-One, you will have the opportunity to build on your existing skill set, practicing in a nurse-led environment, developing complex decision-making and collaborative skills. You will make a difference to our Residents at a time of their life when they may feel the most vulnerable, and they will look to you to guide and support them in life-changing decisions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to our Residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Conduct regular assessments, monitoring Residents' progress, and adjusting care plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication, coordination, and continuity of care.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
