Main Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents, adhering to the NMC's code of professional conduct.
- Supervise and support junior staff, promoting a positive and supportive team culture.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring resident-centered care.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records, ensuring compliance with company and statutory requirements.
- 12 months post-graduate experience in a care of the elderly setting, preferably in a nursing home or hospital environment.
- Experience working with elderly people with dementia, delivering clinical support and guidance.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to problem-solve and manage complex situations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide advice and guidance to internal staff, residents, and their relatives.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing resident needs and delivering high-quality care.
