We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Service Manager to oversee our Residential Respite Service for Adults with Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of care and support for our service users.
About the Role- Lead a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality support and care to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
- Develop and implement care plans that promote independence, choice, and well-being.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager and Senior Leadership team to achieve service goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and external stakeholders.
- Manage and develop the skills and knowledge of the support team to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent care.
- QCF level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a deputy or service manager in a care setting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing needs.
- Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office packages.
