Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the organisation's strategy and financial performance, working closely with the CFO and senior leadership team. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing financial strategies to support organisational goals.
  2. Providing strategic insights to the SLT to inform operational and financial planning.
  3. Analysing site performance and contributing to the improvement of budgeting and forecasting processes.
  4. Working with operational leads to ensure financial viability and value for money across projects and initiatives.
  5. Supporting strategic initiatives with rigorous financial analysis, including impact assessments.
Person Specification
  • Proven experience in a commercially focused senior finance role, ideally in multi-site organisations.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to balance short-term priorities with long-term objectives.
  • A collaborative approach with excellent communication skills, adept at working with senior leadership.
  • High level of adaptability, with the patience and clarity to navigate a not-for-profit environment.
  • Availability to start within a month, with potential interest in a longer-term role.
