Position: Deputy Ward Manager (RMN / RNLD Qualified)

Hours: Full time – Days

Salary: up to £24.61 per hour / £48,000 per year (based on 37.5 Hours)

Contract: Permanent

A fantastic opportunity for a Deputy Ward Manager to join a leading provider of behavioural care and specialist support services to adults and younger people.

An experienced Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD) with valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK.

Must have experience as a Deputy Manager in a hospital setting.

Knowledge, Training and Education:

  1. Ensure compliance with mandatory training and professional development requirements.
  2. Practice in accordance with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and other appropriate NMC guidelines.
  3. Accountable for own nursing practice and take opportunities to sustain and improve knowledge and professional competence.
  4. Work closely with service users to explore issues to increase understanding and self-management of risk.
