About the role:

Capital College Group is seeking an experienced Careers Guidance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in careers education and a proven ability to support young people with their progression into higher education, employability, and apprenticeships. Our Careers programme is Matrix accredited, and we are committed to achieving The Gatsby Benchmarks.

The ideal candidate will have experience in providing individual guidance and delivering high-quality, relevant career-related enrichment events and activities to prepare students for their next steps. They will also have knowledge and understanding of the 14-19 curriculum, 19+ Access to HE students, T-levels, and the ability to effectively communicate with and counsel students.

About us:

Capital College Group is an award-winning further education college in London with centres in Holloway, Angel, and Finsbury Park. We offer a wide range of academic and vocational courses from entry levels to HE for young and adult learners. Our Sixth Form centre offers over 30 A Level subjects, providing high-level academic study for around 1,800 students wishing to progress to university.
