We are working with an alternative provision school in Brent that provides education to children aged 11-16 with social, emotional, and mental health needs. Our school is committed to delivering high-quality education that supports individual needs and helps students achieve their full potential.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality education to students with small class sizes of 10.
  • Work with a team to deliver tailored education to meet students' needs.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and outside agencies.
  • Manage challenging behavior and maintain a safe learning environment.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the English Secondary Curriculum.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching children with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality education.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
