Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Education Learning Support Assistant. As a member of our childcare provision, you will play a crucial role in improving the lives and prospects of the children in our care.

The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications and experience in education or a related field. You will work closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored learning programs, providing emotional support and guidance to students as needed. This may involve attending whole-school meetings and events outside of regular working hours.

Key Responsibilities include:

Requirements: The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A patient and understanding approach when working with students is also essential.

We offer a competitive salary of £22,500 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
