Job Summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking a talented Early Years Practitioner to join our team at a primary school in Maldon. As a vital member of the primary team, you will support the teacher in creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment for young children.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, patience, and a genuine enthusiasm for working with children aged 3-7. You should have experience of working with this age group and be confident in your ability to establish strong relationships with both children and parents.

This is an exceptional opportunity to develop your skills and experience as an Early Years Practitioner, working closely with the class teacher to design engaging lessons and activities that promote social, emotional, and academic growth in young children.

About the Role

We are looking for a qualified and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher to plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences for children aged 3-7.

You will be responsible for supporting the teacher in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, which fosters social, emotional, and academic growth in young children.

As a key member of the primary team, you will contribute to the development of curriculum plans, resources, and assessments that cater to the diverse needs of children.

The salary for this role is £85 per day, reflecting the importance of the position and the level of expertise required. This rate is based on industry standards and the location of the school.

Key Responsibilities
