Job Title: Escalator Engineer

We are seeking an experienced lift engineer to join our team at TSM Technical Ltd. As a key member of our lift maintenance business, you will be responsible for managing a service route across Birmingham and will benefit from a competitive salary, door-to-door pay, and overtime opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Carrying out planned preventative maintenance of lifts across the Birmingham area.
  2. Participation in the company's call-out rota, one week in six.
  3. Maintaining high levels of customer service.
  4. Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.
  5. Providing technical support and guidance to colleagues.
  6. Identifying and reporting any defects or issues with lifts.
  7. Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 in lift engineering: Lift Service & Maintenance, Repair, Installation or J Module equivalent.
  • A full UK driving license.
  • Door-to-door pay at overtime rate.
  • Call-out rota, one week in five, with a standby payment of GBP250 plus OT rate.
  • Regular optional overtime.
  • Further training and development opportunities.
  • Van, phone, laptop, PPE, tools, and other equipment provided.
