Lift Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced lift engineer to join our team at TSM Technical Ltd. As a leading lift maintenance business, we have doubled in size in recent years and are looking for a skilled professional to manage a service route across Birmingham.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out planned preventative maintenance of lifts across the Birmingham area.
- Participate in the company's call out rota, working one week in six.
- Maintain high levels of customer service.
- Hold an NVQ Level 3 in lift engineering: Lift Service & Maintenance, Repair, Installation or J Module equivalent.
- Hold a full UK driving license.
- Enjoy door-to-door pay at an overtime rate.
- Benefit from a call out rota, with a standby payment of GBP250 plus overtime rate when on call.
- Take advantage of regular optional overtime.
- Receive further training and development opportunities.
- Utilize a company-provided van, phone, laptop, PPE, tools, and other equipment.
