About the Role

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Development Professional to lead a team, drive major partnerships, and develop complex schemes across the region.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing projects through the development process, including financial and planning aspects. They should also be able to lead on major hybrid applications and regeneration, as well as have full management responsibility for their team.

Key Tasks

  1. Manage pre-apps and planning applications through the development process, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with external consultants, stakeholders, and clients.
  3. Analyse data and prepare reports to support business decisions.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project goals are met.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 5+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a developer.
  • Strong knowledge of UK planning regulations and processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Remuneration

Salary is estimated to be between £90,000 - £140,000, dependent on the candidate's background and qualifications.
