Sales Support Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Establish effective communication channels between Head Office, Stores, Area Managers, and Regional Distribution Centre colleagues to ensure seamless collaboration and information exchange.
- Upload daily, weekly, and monthly reports via various platforms to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and hotel bookings for regional colleagues to support their work requirements.
- Manage the ordering and allocation of store signage, stationery, and replacement uniforms to maintain a professional image.
- Update and distribute contact information, meeting calendars, and other essential documents to ensure team members are informed and up-to-date.
Requirements
- Demonstrate outstanding computer and typing skills to efficiently manage administrative tasks.
- Exhibit excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask to meet deadlines and priorities.
- Confidently communicate with people at all levels, from colleagues to senior management, to build strong relationships and resolve issues.
- Display adaptability, initiative, and attention to detail to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Show a passion for quality and a friendly, can-do attitude to contribute to a positive team culture.
