Job Overview:
As a Graduate IT Support Technician, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our customers, offering technical support and resolving IT-related issues. This position is ideal for graduates with a solid foundation in SQL, a keen interest in IT support, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide 1st line support for all incoming IT queries and issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Database Support: Utilize SQL to manage, query, and troubleshoot database-related issues.
- Problem Diagnosis: Identify, diagnose, and escalate complex technical issues to 2nd and 3rd line support as necessary.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- SQL Knowledge: Basic proficiency in SQL for database management and troubleshooting, with a willingness to learn and develop further skills
- Ticketing Systems: Familiarity with support ticketing systems is a plus, but training will be provided. Enthusiastic about delivering high-quality support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
