Technical Customer Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Technical Customer Advisor to join our team at Brook Street. As a Technical Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer enquiries through phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Provide support to other teams, such as sales and consultancy.
  3. Recommend appropriate products and services based on customer needs and preferences.
  4. Have an interest in IT/data.
