Manufacturing Team Supervisor

**Job Summary**
VanRath is currently seeking a skilled Manufacturing Team Supervisor to join our client's team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader to drive production quality and efficiency while developing their team.
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and control of manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety.
- Collaborate with the Shift Performance Manager to achieve production goals using Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
- Lead and develop a team of production staff, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews.
- Utilise SAP to address production issues and support gain-share initiatives.

- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement practices.
