Job Title: Senior Associate - Residential Conveyancing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our Residential Conveyancing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality and timely legal service to our clients in site set-ups and residential conveyancing matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a high-quality and timely legal service to clients in site set-ups and residential conveyancing matters.
  • Work with developer clients to set up sites for the disposal of new homes, including assisting with less routine purchaser enquiries and supervising plot sales and part exchange purchases and sales.
  • Manage transactions from start to finish, including reviewing, preparing, and collating legal and title deed documentation.
  • Supervise and guide more junior and less-experienced members of staff, and deputise for the Team Leader/Partner as required.
  • Support the Team Leader with the on-going growth and development and management of the team.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 6 years of experience in residential conveyancing and site set-ups.
  • Proven technical knowledge and track record in dealing with a broad range of residential conveyancing matters.
  • Experience of delegating work and managing monitoring systems, with the ability to provide supervision and support to junior team members.
  • IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
