About the Role:

This position will oversee the delivery of a comprehensive cleaning service within NHS Property Services premises, adhering to the NHS Property Services Domestic Services Operative Manual. The successful candidate will work in accordance with established policies and procedures, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate cleaning services to meet the needs of NHS Property Services premises.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on cleaning service performance and quality.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a City and Guilds Level 3 Cleaning and Support Services qualification or equivalent experience. Additionally, they will have a strong understanding of health and safety protocols and a willingness to work towards an IOSH Managing Safely qualification.
