Job Title: Training Sales Advisor

Job Summary:

Nationwide Platforms is a leading provider of working at height training, offering a range of courses to customers. We are seeking an experienced telesales/account manager to join our team in Birchwood.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take in-bound calls from customers enquiring about our training services and offer a variety of training courses and services.
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our training services.
  • Build effective relationships with customers and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Manage profitable growth targets for a portfolio of customers in line with budget requirements and the strategic plan.
  • Contribute to the Sales Team, working in conjunction with other team members to provide a seamless service to the business.

Requirements:

  • Experience of outbound business-to-business account management or telesales/telemarketing.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work closely with colleagues at all levels.
  • Experience in health and safety training would be useful but not essential.
