Executive Culinary Leader

The Executive Culinary Leader plays a pivotal role in Topgolf's culinary success by assisting the Executive Chef in delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role requires a unique blend of culinary expertise and leadership skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the Kitchen Team to provide best-in-class culinary experiences
  • Developing and coaching the team to drive Associate engagement and excellence
  • Delegating tasks and collaborating with the team to achieve goals
  • Demonstrating Topgolf's Core Values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Edgy Spirit, and Caring
  • Monitoring stock and purchasing products to maintain quality and control costs
  • Standardizing production recipes to ensure consistent quality and flavor
  • Maintaining quality standards and specifications
  • Planning and costing menus for special events and chef's choice menus
  • Ensuring proper equipment operation and maintenance
  • Overseeing Food Hygiene Compliance
  • Creating action plans to respond to opportunities and challenges
  • Communicating effectively with upper management, Home Office Leadership, and suppliers

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in high-volume culinary operations
  • Proven ability to develop and lead a culinary team
  • Relevant culinary qualification and Food Hygiene Level 3 Certification
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Salary £28,000 - £32,000 + 10% bonus

As a condition of employment, you will be required to provide a valid Proof of Right to Work in the UK. This can be a valid Passport OR Birth Certificate along with your National Insurance Documentation (both must be present) OR another form of valid right to work documentation.'

You must have a minimum of 6 months work eligibility available on the right to work documentation that you provide.
