  • Our team members ensure the safety of our food by rotating batches in their fridges and monitoring chill times.
  • They complete all relevant paperwork and input information on our in-house database (Unity), understanding the significance of accurate recording.
  • By following health and safety and food safety procedures, they maintain a safe working environment for themselves and others.
The Role

This position requires 40 hours per week, with a schedule that includes one Sunday and four weekdays from 2pm to 10pm. We're looking for someone who can work independently and as part of a team to achieve our goals.

As an Executive Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products. You will be responsible for monitoring chill times, completing paperwork, and maintaining a safe working environment.
