Warranty Administrator Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual looking for a challenging role in the automotive industry? We have an exciting opportunity for a Warranty Administrator to join our team at The Recruitment Solution (London) Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor claim progress through manufacturer systems on a weekly basis
  • Conduct dealership warranty audits in accordance with the agreed timetable
  • Maintain a good working relationship with the manufacturer warranty department
  • Review daily and weekly warranty reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry guidelines
  • Take prompt action to resolve issues identified before manufacturer audits
  • Stay up-to-date with manufacturer warranty bulletins and promote best practice across the division
  • Submit accurate warranty and goodwill claims on a daily and weekly basis
  • Liaise with dealerships and manufacturers
Requirements:
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of manufacturer warranty systems and procedures
