Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual looking for a challenging role in the automotive industry? We have an exciting opportunity for a Warranty Administrator to join our team at The Recruitment Solution (London) Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor claim progress through manufacturer systems on a weekly basis
- Conduct dealership warranty audits in accordance with the agreed timetable
- Maintain a good working relationship with the manufacturer warranty department
- Review daily and weekly warranty reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry guidelines
- Take prompt action to resolve issues identified before manufacturer audits
- Stay up-to-date with manufacturer warranty bulletins and promote best practice across the division
- Submit accurate warranty and goodwill claims on a daily and weekly basis
- Liaise with dealerships and manufacturers
- Excellent administrative skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of manufacturer warranty systems and procedures
